New 3070 card has blocked off all of my PCIe slots

I have also try reseating the GPU in the same PCIe slot I took it out at the beginning and took the back plate off just to see if there was

but my problem now is i want to add an X-Fi sound card , but my GPU is blocking my PCIe 1x slot so will populating all those slots
